Cancellation Policy


Dear Skin Ambitions Clients!

We appreciate your support and loyalty and value your selection of us as your aesthetic provider. In order to accommodate all requests for treatment and better serve the majority of our clients, we are changing our cancellation policy. The new policy is effective May 12, 2017.

We appreciate your time and try to get you in and out of treatments in a respectful and efficient manner. In return, we ask for the same courtesy from you. Every no-show appointment prevents another client from receiving a treatment at that time, which negatively influences our ability to accommodate both our clients and employees.

If you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour advance notice to us. If you do not do this, you will incur a cancelation penalty fee.

Prepaid /Groupon, or in the office/ missed laser or chemical peels appointments, will be considered as ‘complete’ for every missed appointment.

All other appointments will be charged $100 or the value of schedule aesthetic services (if service is less than $100). This charge will be applied upon your next visit to the spa, should you decide to continue services with us.

If you miss three appointments without notification to us, we will no longer place you on our schedule.

Of course, in some instances, emergencies may prevent your notifying us of your inability to arrive for your appointment. If this occurs, please notify us as soon as possible following the missed appointment so that we will not categorize your missed appointment as a ‘no-show.’ Such occurrences will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
